Challenging but successful weekend at Buffeljags Dam.
Friday 1000m serious Berg wind after about 9am by calm in the afternoon.
Saturday 500m serious Berg Wind all morning but again a good afternoon.
Sunday 200m Calm to 8:30 then strong SWester till around 11:00 thereafter a perfect day.
Beautiful venue, good course and great organisation in testing circumstances. Best pounds ever, better even than THE POUND GESTAPO in Gauteng in the early 2000’s.
Excellent team of volunteers making it all happen.
