Young school league paddlers from Under 8 upwards, as well as some adults were successfully introduced to moving, fast flowing river currents and also learned to shoot the rapid in Meyerton, successfully in K1’s and guppies, in a three hour workshop, supervised and monitored with experienced paddlers in attendance on Saturday 22 November.

It is incredible how quickly these young paddlers grasp knowledge and how competent they are, while safe in a secured environment……..they are of course, the future of our sport.
