In the wake of the Gauteng Sprint Championships hosted at VLC / Germiston Lake and the team selection to represent Gauteng at the upcoming SA Sprint Championships to be held at Lomond Dam in Western Cape in April,
The sprint lanes at VLC / Germiston lake have been made available for training purposes….!!!
We have a unique training opportunity at VLC as a trial run to use the sprint lanes between 5pm to 6.30pm tomorrow Friday 25 march 2022.
Requirement:
*Let me know if you are coming so I plan use of lanes.
*Cost R50 pay at VLC
* signing VLC indemnity
It is not a race.
It is a training opportunity in sprint lanes. 
If it works then we will look at possibly formalising it.
