6 February – Tuesday evening – OLA VLC PRE DUSI TIME TRIAL DICE – Germiston Lake
Join us at Victoria Lake Club, Germiston, for a great paddling and social evening.
The race is a great little tester for all, if you trying to sharpen up your Dusi racing skills, marathon skills or just keen to do a good honest bit of paddling without killing yourself, weplanning a great event with a good atmosphere for spectators and paddlers afterwards to enjoy.
Thanks to a generous sponsorship from Ola Factory Stores we have very Cool T-Shirts for the first 90 entrants. Ola will also be providing ice cream handouts to all paddlers on the night.
The race format is 15 Km long, consisting of five 3Km laps each with a short 50m dash portages after each lap.
Apart from the race, the VLC club and restaurant will be open for family, spectators and paddlers alike, which apart from the regular fare there will be a ‘Hansa and Burger’ special available on the night.
Online entries close 4th February!!! (make sure you enter early to secure your T-shirt).
